Comparative analysis of the steady-state plasma and saliva lamotrigine concentrations (СssMIN and СssMAX) allows the conclusion that saliva can be used as a suitable biological substrate for therapeutic drug monitoring.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В работе представлены результаты терапевтического лекарственного мониторинга ламотриджина у больных с криптогенно-фокальной эпилепсией с использованием плазмы крови и слюны в качестве биологического материала.
