The group of control included 10 healthy subjects of the comparable age.There were studied such immunological aspects in this group of patients as level of neurotropic autoantibodies to NF-200, GPAP, S100, common protein of myelin, Voltage-dependent Ca canals, glutamate receptors, GAMK-, Dofamine, Serotonin and N-choline-receptors.Neuroimmune reorganizing in epilepsy is accompanied by increase in autoantibodies to receptors of GAML, dofamine and borderline deviations to protein B2 glycoprotein. However, more reliableparameters in relation to indicators of control group there were noted in the contents of autoantibodies to such neurospecific proteins as: NF-200, S100 and to two-spiral DNA. This indicated about degenerative disorders of axonal type in the brain of the patients with epilepsy.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Изучены особенности некоторых иммунологических показателей у 52 больных с эпилепсией. Группу контроля составили 10 практически здоровых лиц, сопоставимых по возрасту. Изучены такие иммунологические аспекты данной группы больных, как: уровень нейротропных аутоантител к NF-200, GFAP, S 100, ОБМ, Вольтажзависимым Са+-каналам, глутаматным рецепторам, ГАМК-, Дофаминовым, Серотониновым и н­Холинорецепторам. Исследования показали, что нейроиммуннная перестройка при эпилепсии сопровождается увеличением аутоантител к рецепторам ГАМК, дофамина и пограничными отклонениями к белку Б2 гликопротеина. Однако более достоверные различия с показателями контрольной группы отмечены по содержанию аутоантител к таким нейронспецифическим белкам, как: NF-200, S 100 и к двуспиральной ДНК, что свидетельствует о дегенеративных нарушениях аксонального типа в головном мозге у больных эпилепсией.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>эпилепсия</kwd><kwd>нейроиммунологические расстройства</kwd><kwd>нейротропные аутоантитела</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>epilepsy</kwd><kwd>neuroimmunological disorders</kwd><kwd>neurotropic autoantibodies</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Воронина Т.А., Авакян Г.Н.
