Two clinical cases of LE presenting with NCSE, one of them with a background ovarian theratoma, and the value of electroencephalographic triphasic and delta-beta waves in diagnosis of LE, are discussed in this paper. Course of glucocorticoid pulse-therapy, complimented by long-term regiment of valproic acid, is shown as a successful treatment modality for LE with NCSV.</p>
Описан вариант успешной терапии лимбического симптомокомплекса в сочетании с БЭС комбинацией глюкокортикостероидной пульс-терапии и длительного применения вальпроевой кислоты.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>лимбический энцефалит</kwd><kwd>паранеопластический</kwd><kwd>аутоиммунный</kwd><kwd>иммуномедиаторные расстройства центральной нервной системы (ЦНС)</kwd><kwd>бессудорожный эпилептический статус</kwd><kwd>трехфазные волны</kwd><kwd>бета-дельта щетки</kwd><kwd>иммуно-супрессивная терапия</kwd><kwd>вальпроевая кислота</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>limbic encephalitis</kwd><kwd>paraneoplastic</kwd><kwd>autoimmune</kwd><kwd>immune-mediated central nervous system disorders</kwd><kwd>non-convulsive status epilepticus</kwd><kwd>triphasic waves</kwd><kwd>beta-delta waves</kwd><kwd>immunosuppressive therapy</kwd><kwd>valproic acid</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Карлов В.А.
