Data of Blink Reflex parameters on dependence from epileptic process activity were given. Received data define some aspects of epilepsy pathogenesis and widen conception about long-lasting processes of brain reaction after short rTMS course.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Статья содержит результаты оценки изменений параметров мигательного рефлекса и вызванных потенциалов мозга (когнитивных и зрительных) в группе пациентов с эпилепсией, получавших сочетанную терапию антиконвульсантами с курсом ритмической транскраниальной магнитной стимуляции (рТМС). Приведены значения параметров мигательного рефлекса в зависимости от активности эпилептического процесса. Полученные данные уточняют некоторые аспекты патогенеза эпилепсии, а также расширяют представления о долговременных процессах реакции мозга после краткосрочного курса рТМС.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>эпилепсия</kwd><kwd>мигательный рефлекс</kwd><kwd>вызванные потенциалы мозга</kwd><kwd>ритмическая транскраниальная магнитная стимуляция</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>epilepsy</kwd><kwd>Blink Reflex</kwd><kwd>evoked brain potentials</kwd><kwd>repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Гнездицкий В.В.
