CMZ is widely used for mental disorders and neurological diseases. The lecture discusses the safety of CMZ in respect to personalized medicine, while considering the pharmacogenetic profile of the patient.</p><p>The authors declare about the absence of conflict of interest with respect to this publication. All authors contributed equally to this article.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Карбамазепин (КМЗ) – препарат из группы антиконвульсантов, близкий по химической структуре к трициклическим антидепрессантам. КМЗ широко применяется при психических расстройствах и неврологических заболеваниях. В лекции рассматриваются вопросы безопасности применения КМЗ с позиции персонализированной медицины, учитывающей особенности фармакогенетического профиля пациента.</p><p>Авторы заявляют об отсутствии конфликта интересов в отношении данной публикации.
