There will be discussed pathophysiological mechanisms and current therapeutic approaches along with epidemiology and diagnostic principles for vestibular migraine, which will be of value for hospital and out-patient neurologists as well as general practitioners.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Вестибулярная мигрень - одна из самых частых причин системного головокружения, однако до сих пор эта нозология остается труднодиагностируемой.
