Priority provisions have been developed aimed at selecting starting therapy in different age groups, as well as determining management tactics and a need for correction of antiepileptic therapy in women with childbearing potential. The article presents the Resolution of the experts meeting, adopted after discussion.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>15 ноября 2022 г. состоялось заседание Совета экспертов из рабочей группы врачей неврологов-эпилептологов ре гиона Волга и экспертов по эпилепсии г. Москвы, посвященное проблеме эффективности противоэпилептической терапии в регионе Волга с учетом возрастных, клинических, гормональных, социальных особенностей, а также репродуктивных планов пациентов женского пола. Выработаны приоритетные положения, направленные на выбор стартовой терапии у разных возрастных групп, а также на определение тактики ведения и необходимости коррекции противоэпилептической терапии у женщин с детородным потенциалом.
