Differentiated assessment of autoantibody markers allows to choose the most effective tactics for managing patients. The article presents the criteria for assessing autoimmune epilepsy as well as diagnostic scales, features related to clinical picture and response to therapy based on the type of synthesized autoantibodies. Therapeutic lines and targets for immunomodulatory and antiepileptic drugs used in autoimmune epilepsy are detailed, the knowledge of which along with clinical and laboratory data collectively allow to determine effective and safe therapy algorithm.</p>
Подробно рассматриваются терапевтические линии и точки приложения иммуномодулирующих и противоэпилептических препаратов, применяемых при аутоиммунной эпилепсии, знание которых в совокупности с клинико-лабораторными данными позволяет определить эффективный и безопасный алгоритм терапии.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>Аутоиммунная эпилепсия</kwd><kwd>нейрональные антитела</kwd><kwd>высокодозные иммуноглобулины</kwd><kwd>кортикостероиды</kwd><kwd>моноклональные антитела</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Autoimmune epilepsy</kwd><kwd>antineuronal antibodies</kwd><kwd>high-dose immunoglobulins</kwd><kwd>corticosteroids</kwd><kwd>monoclonal antibodies</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Jang Y., Kim D.W., Yang K.I., et al.
