It is a nosologically non-specific phenomenon, and its relation to ictal event remains debated. We present a clinical case in which SIRPIDs were recorded in the affected dominant hemisphere in response to low-frequency photostimulation in a 60-years-old woman recovering after middle cerebral artery stroke. No ictal events were recorded during routine EEG monitoring; the patient was not in critical condition.</p>
Иктальных событий во время регистрации ЭЭГ не зафиксировано, состояние обследуемой пациентки не было критическим.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>Стимул-индуцированные ритмичные периодические или иктальные разряды</kwd><kwd>SIRPIDs</kwd><kwd>периодические латерализованные разряды</kwd><kwd>PLDs</kwd><kwd>восстановительный период инсульта</kwd><kwd>повреждение таламокортикальных путей</kwd><kwd>фотостимуляция</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Stimulus-induced rhythmic</kwd><kwd>periodic</kwd><kwd>or ictal discharges</kwd><kwd>SIRPIDs</kwd><kwd>periodic lateralized discharges</kwd><kwd>PLDs</kwd><kwd>post-stroke recovery period</kwd><kwd>thalamo-cortical pathways lesion</kwd><kwd>photostimulation</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Johnson E.L., Kaplan P.W., Ritzl E.K.
