ПСИХОЛОГИЧЕСКИЕ АСПЕКТЫ ПРОВОКАЦИИ И КОНТРОЛЯ ПАРОКСИЗМАЛЬНЫХ СОСТОЯНИЙ ПРИ ЭПИЛЕПСИИ У ВЗРОСЛЫХ

Аннотация

Проведен анализ литературы, посвященной влиянию психологических факторов на течение эпилептического процесса. Показано, что эмоциональный стресс может провоцировать начало заболевания и ухудшать состояние больного. Выделено три психологических механизма, опосредующих развитие пароксизмальных состояний при эпилепсии: 1) стрессорный; 2) поведенческий (вторичные выгоды, самовызывание приступа) и 3) условнорефлекторный (приступы, ассоциированные с действием простых и сложных стимулов). Описаны подходы к психологической помощи в комплексном лечении больных эпилепсией.
