РАЦИОНАЛЬНЫЙ ПОДХОД К КОМБИНИРОВАННОЙ ТЕРАПИИ ФОКАЛЬНОЙ ЭПИЛЕПСИИ
Аннотация
В статье представлено обсуждение проблемы рациональной политерапии (РПТ). РПТ стала одной из основных современных стратегий лечения эпилепсии. Раннее применение РПТ является тактикой выбора для пациентов с высоким риском фармакорезистентной эпилепсии (ФРЭ) и для пациентов с риском осложнений, которые могут возникнуть при переключении на альтернативную монотерапию. При ранней РПТ контроль над приступами может быть достигнут раньше, что снижает вероятность рисков, связанных с приступами, у пациентов с тяжелым течением эпилепсии. Выбор ПЭП для РПТ должен базироваться на предотвращении фармакодинамических и фармакокинетических побочных эффектов. Но данные об эффективности ПЭП в клинической практике должны быть учтены.
