ЗАТЫЛОЧНЫЕ ЭПИЛЕПСИИ У ДЕТЕЙ: ОСОБЕННОСТИ ДИАГНОСТИКИ И ТАКТИКИ ВЕДЕНИЯ
Аннотация
Идиопатические затылочные эпилепсии – не редкость в практике детского невролога. По данным Панайотопулоса, они встречаются в 30% случаев всех идиопатических форм эпилепсии (25% – синдром Панайотопулоса, 4% – тип Гасто). Особые трудности в диагностике возникают из¬за обилия автономной симп-томатики, наличия переходных форм эпилепсии, сочетания с мигренью, имеющей возрастные особенности. Кроме того, детский мозг отличается повышенной возбудимостью и регистрация отклонений на ЭЭГ не является казуистикой. Нами представлено наблюдение за детьми с затылочной эпилепсией и с ЭЭГ-изменениями в затылочном регионе без эпилептических приступов в анамнезе, клиникоанамнестические особенности данной группы и исходы наблюдения в течение 5-7 лет.
